Our January 2010 meeting will be on the 4th Friday instead of our usual 3rd Friday of the month: January 22nd.

The best laid schemes o' Mice an' Men, Gang aft agley. . . --Robert Burns

Whether they have to do with your consulting practice or your clients, bring your delicious dilemmas, challenges and resources to your Personal Advisory Board.

We'll continue to follow up from November's "Change Your Thinking, Change Your Results" to help everyone keep moving ahead with their business.

I wanted to provide this white paper i wrote awhile back to the gentleman who asked me about my thoughts on building a virtual agency. We are up to about 15 - with a core of 6 that work consistently on projects. So i feel comfortable sharing my thoughts on how to do this. I just have to figure out how to upload the document so you can see it.

I have not seen clients pulling back. All indicators are that they are saving descretionary income on a personal level - but for their business, they have a budget line item and it needs to map to a goal- that hasn't come to a screeching stop despite the market volatility.

Do you see client shift in discretionary spending for consulting services? What type of management consulting services seem to get more traction?
