Building a virtual agency

I have a pretty concise roadmap of how to start a virtual agency if anyone is interested in hearing the do's and don'ts i've learned over the last 7 years.
After speaking at the Golden Gate University Entrepreneurs class, i've got a pretty clear idea what is holding people back from starting their own firm.
