December 18, 2009 Shall We Dance? Partnering Pluses & Cautions

Join us to celebrate the highlights, apply lessons learned in 2009 and get ready for business in 2010!

Maybe some of you have seen "Dancing With the Stars." Recently a consultant asked, "How do you know who the right consultant is to bring onto a project?" That consultant had had mixed experiences and wanted help clarifying how to source appropriate consulting collaborators. The subject of collaboration has been on other consultants' minds. Join us this month as we tackle the topic. Bring your questions and your experiences about collaboration, contracting, subcontracting, partnering and joint venturing with other consultants. Some questions to ponder:

* What are the pluses of working with other independent consultants?
* What are the cautions?
* How can we make working together work for us and our clients?

We'll be following up from November's "Change Your Thinking, Change Your Results" to help everyone keep moving ahead with their business.
