It was so nice to be able to chat with you at Confab08. You encouraged me to go last year and perhaps the year before that. Regardless, I am glad that I attended and plan to go again next year.
By the way, I look forward to looking at the strategic planning activity involving the sticky tabs you mentioned. I will be doing some prep work this next week for a 3-day session with the client in mid-November.

I'm beginning to use these tools a little more effectively, but it does seem to take a lot of time. I'm still working on some of the basic 2.0 stuff, like building my blog following and become less of a lurker and more of a participant in building relationships with the writers and commenters whose blogs I enjoy. It often feels like if I did this right, there'd be no time for billable work! But new things are always a bit uncomfortable and take longer at first. What's that saying? If you're not uncomfortable, you're not learning anything new...
