Yes, it is possible with Timebridge (and I do use Outlook). I downloaded the little app from Timebridge for free, and now it looks up my available times, presents to me a pleasant easy-to-use interface where I can invite people for a phone call or a meeting on my available times (or when I would like to have the meeting).
The recipients don’t need to download any software to indicate their most preferred times on the calendar. Timebridge conveniently gathers the information from all of the recipients, firms up the time that is good for everyone and updates your calendar automatically. It even provides you with a free phone conference line. It is like having an efficient assistant 24x7.
It gets better…you can upload your contacts and share your calendar with those you want. Sure, you can do this sort of thing with Google or Yahoo! calendars, but Timebridge gives you full control. I am learning more as I use it.
If you are fed up of sending multiple messages back and forth to set up a call or a meeting, give Timebridge a try. The basic version is free.
If you want to give it a try to see how it works, feel free to send me a Timebridge request for a call where we can chat and get to know each other for a few minutes.

Brett LaDove introduced me to TimeBridge and I have been using it to schedule meetings with colleagues and client groups. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of email tag!
